TUSC supports the trade unionists fighting for workers’ rights and for a new mass workers party where the trade unions play a central part.
Labour has significantly watered down the Employment Rights Act after lobbying by big business, so that workers in Wales still face some of the most repressive anti-union laws in the western world.
This means that employers will be free to continue the exploitation of their workers by using zero-hour contracts and fire and rehire.
Wales is already a low-wage economy with the value of wages dropping significantly through Tory austerity passed on by Labour in the Senedd and the cost-of-living crisis.
All the establishment parties including Plaid Cymru and Reform will try and make working-class people pay for the crisis of capitalism.
